Realistic, dynamic snowflakes in action! Unique, individual flakes of brilliant white snow fall from the dark winter sky. The snowflakes make their haphazard journey down to the world below, most of them eventually reaching the ground. But some will come to rest on the very strange monolithic " merry xmas !!" sign floating in the middle of the sky! Leave your computer to make a cup of tea, then come back later to the find the "merry xmas" sign covered in snow!!
The animation has been created with the Flash Actionscript programming language which uses mathematical rules and formulas to create pseudo-random animations in real time. This means that every time the screensaver is started the snowflakes will appear and fall in different patterns across the screen, just like real snow and will also settle naturally on any objects in the way.
